Wednesday, June 17 2024, 10 AM – 2 PM at Holiday Inn, 205 Remington Blvd, Bolingbrook, IL 60440. Hiring for Southwest Suburbs – afternoons, overnights, weekend availability.
Dress Code: Business casual. Acceptable shirts: collared, polos. Acceptable bottoms: chinos, dress pants, black jeans (no cuts or holes). Headwear for religious purposes only is allowed.
Footwear: Gym shoes, sneakers, or dress shoes are acceptable. Crocs and flip‑flops are not acceptable.
Note: Crop tops, t-shirts, hoodies, leggings, blue jeans, and shorts are not allowed.
About the RolePay range: $15 – $20 per hour, depending on experience.
As a Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government, and more.
Responsibilities- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
- At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ years old for armed roles.
- High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
- Background investigation required in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Criminal histories considered in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- Valid driver’s license required only for driving positions.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Company retirement plans.
- Seven holidays annually paid at time and a half if worked.
- 40 hours of vacation after one year of employment at eligible work assignments; unused vacation paid only where required by law.
