• Start your day from home:
  We send your schedule the night before so you can hit the ground running.
• Master the mix:
  Handle 3-5 jobs a day at a variety of homes, apartments, and townhomes.
• Stay connected:
  Upload notes and photos from each job on a company‑provided phone.
• Communicate:
  Stay in sync with dispatch and your teammates throughout the day – no one is ever left hanging.

• Intermediate drywall repair:
  Proven ability to float, texture, and match finishes seamlessly.
• Minor plumbing:
  Expertise in changing faucets and supply lines, troubleshooting systems, and swapping toilets.
• Minor electrical:
  Solid understanding of electrical systems, including replacing light fixtures and outlets.
• Project management:
  The ability to work independently and manage your own time to finish a full scope of work.
• General repairs:
  All‑around handiness in carpentry, flooring repairs, millwork, tilework, basic masonry, and alarm systems.

• 2 years of residential maintenance experience (more is always a plus!).
• Solid hands‑on skills across multiple trades.
• Your own tools, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license.
• Comfort with mobile tech – we use apps to keep the business moving.
• Trade certifications (Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical) are a total bonus.
• A mindset that says: "No excuses. Let's solve it."

• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Performance bonus: 7% performance‑based compensation increment to reward your hard work.
