Window Cleaner

Weather Tech Direct, LLC is seeking a well-qualified Window Cleaner to perform exceptional cleaning of both the interior and exterior windows of all company buildings and facilities.

• Clean interior and exterior windows in production, warehouse, and office facilities using appropriate techniques, equipment, and cleaning products
• Wash all windows, glass partitions, and other glass surfaces within the company
• Use a variety of cleaning tools, such as sponges, squeegees, and extension poles
• Use ladders, safety harnesses, and lifts to clean high reach areas
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of company equipment and vehicles
• Maintain a safe environment while working at extreme heights with heavy equipment in and around a business setting
• Follow proper safety and incident reporting procedures
• Perform manual work following verbal and/or written instructions
• Assist the construction team with various projects during downtime
• Perform other duties as assigned

• 1 year of window cleaning experience
• Must be 21+ years of age
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
• Possess some knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials, and supplies used in construction work
• Work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, both hot and cold
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the United States
