Plumber Apprentice

Culligan is hiring a Service Technician who will diagnose and repair water conditioning equipment, install new systems, and provide excellent customer service.

• Analyze and diagnose customer water quality issues
• Repair water conditioning, drinking water, and related equipment
• Install new water treatment systems
• Educate customers on system use and care
• Build strong and lasting customer relationships
• Partner with Sales and Customer Service to ensure exceptional service
• Receive formal training to prepare for a successful technical career
• Use optional plumbing or mechanical experience to support daily work

• Enjoy working with their hands
• Be naturally handy or mechanically inclined
• Have a valid driver’s license
• Can lift 80 lbs
• Preferably have mechanical or plumbing skills (not required)
• No college degree required

• 8-hour shift, 5 days per week (Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday)
• Optional 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Variable start times available
• On-call rotation
• Overtime available

• Hourly wage + commissions + lead fees
