Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
Compensation: $22–$23 per hour
Pay
Incentives:

Perform loading/unloading of RJW trucks and outside carriers, ensure proper storage of shipments in the warehouse, and pick orders from inventory as directed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Load/unload truck/trailers safely and efficiently using proper procedures and outside‑carrier equipment
- Pick and move items ranging from 1 lb to 50 lb or more, multiple times per shift
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately
- Coordinate with dispatch and sales to resolve discrepancies
- Store inbound loads in the correct warehouse location
- Mark all shipments properly before storing/picking
- Maintain orderly stacking and good housekeeping in the warehouse area
- Spot trailers to maintain efficient yard organization and equipment flow
- Coordinate paperwork with drivers after dispatch operations conclude for the day
- Perform general maintenance of the area surrounding the warehouse
- Sweep trailers clean of debris when empty
- Ensure all shipments are correctly staged and loaded
- Process outbound freight and cross‑dock freight as necessary
- Operate Stand‑Up Reach Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and some sit‑down forklift work
- Follow all safety procedures at all times
- Build and break down pallets, and handle stock in an organized manner
- Work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management
- Operate Forklifts, Cherry Pickers, and Stand‑Up Reach Forklifts
- Demonstrate strong communication, problem‑resolution, and people skills
- Maintain orderly operation of the warehouse
- At least 1 year forklift driving experience
- Certified Forklift License
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) is preferred
- Communicate in English (read, write, speak, and understand)
- Read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Present information effectively and respond to questions from managers, clients, and customers
- Add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
- Compute rate, ratio, percent, and interpret bar graphs
- Solve practical problems with limited standardization
- Interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
- Determine root cause of problems and recommend corrective actions
- Knowledge of business operating systems, internet software, word processing, and spreadsheet software
- Occasionally lift and move up to 50 lb
- Use keyboards and buttons to operate phone systems
- Speak and communicate clearly over the phone
- Stand, walk, and talk frequently; sit as needed in an indoor environment
- Work continuous 8‑hour shifts when required
- Handle stressful situations, maintain accuracy and concentration on multiple tasks
- Maintain 20/20 corrected vision
- Be in sound physical health as determined by a licensed physician
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, or airborne particles
- Noise level ranges from quiet to moderately loud
