** Field Service Technician** , you'll work at customer sites helping inspect, diagnose, maintain, and support critical equipment and systems. ** What You'll Be Doing*
* + Perform field service activities at customer locations safely and efficiently.

+ Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues.

+ Diagnose equipment conditions and recommend solutions.

+ Support the identification and correction of safety concerns on customer and company-owned equipment.

+ Interact directly with customers to provide technical support and service.

+ Work across multiple customer sites and technologies.

+ Maintain company equipment, tools, and vehicles.

+ Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

+ Support a positive customer experience and represent Xylem professionally in the field.

+ Collaborate with teammates and internal support groups to resolve customer issues.

** What We're Looking For*
* ** Required Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ Ability to obtain a TWIC card.

+ 0-2 years of technical experience.

+ Customer service experience.

+ Experience using Microsoft Office and smart devices.

+ Strong troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills.

+ Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

+ Ability to operate a company vehicle

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + Previous field service experience.

+ Mechanical troubleshooting experience.

+ Electrical troubleshooting experience, a plus!

+ Experience working with industrial equipment.

+

Experience with Pumps or Water treatment equipment is a plus!
