Maintenance Technician III

G&W Electric Co., a global leader in power grid solutions, is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support our manufacturing operations. In this role, you will perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment, electrical and mechanical systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable operation. You will diagnose equipment failures, interpret schematics, coordinate with production and engineering, and document work in our maintenance systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of production machinery and facility systems
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using technical diagrams and tools
• Document maintenance activities in CMMS and maintain accurate equipment records
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and safety teams to support continuous improvement
• Follow all safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout, and promote a safe work environment
• Assist with installation, commissioning, and modification of equipment and systems
