Ryder is hiring for Reach Truck Forklift Operators in Bolingbrook, Illinois.

Warehouse Forklift Operator / Driver Positions pay weekly.

Location:

Bolingbrook, IL. First shift opportunities available.

• Hourly pay: $20.00 per hour
• Overtime pay: $30.00 per hour (overtime)
• Schedule:
  
  First shift Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator’s license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Highly thorough and dependable; punctual with good attendance
• Performs work independently with minimal supervision; high initiative
• Demonstrates accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs

Note: Some positions may require additional screening such as employment/education verification, motor vehicle records check, a road test, or customer-specific badging/background requirements.

• Perform warehouse functions such as loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Work within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Ensure accurate picking/packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Provide technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned
