Monitor loads assigned to drivers, including resolving any issues that may affect the scheduled times for pickup or delivery, while proactively communicating to the affected customers;
Maintain documentation of driver detention time to ensure accurate, on-time pay;
Maintain the company safety culture to include daily safety messages and monthly driver briefings; help enforce company policies to ensure compliance with DOT and company requirements;
Communicate in a professional, timely, and effective manner with internal and external drivers via phone calls and system messages; build and maintain a positive attitude to strengthen driver engagement to minimize turnover and improve driver satisfaction and productivity;
Manage company equipment to improve operation efficiency and profitability through coordinating with fleet maintenance teams and previously assigned drivers to ensure vehicle readiness
