Flex Truck Driver - Class A - Logistics

Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $120,000 annually
• Additional scanning and safety incentives available, up to $6,200

• This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the work assignment

• Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or have the ability to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• Required English language proficiency to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
• Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive by the company, requiring constant alertness and safe operation.
• Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

• The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

• The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
