Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers
- Average $120,000 annually
- Additional scanning and safety incentives available, up to $6,200
- Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
- Travel required, up to 100 percent
- This position requires the driver to travel regionally to work at various locations as needed
- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
- Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment
- Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the work assignment
- Late model, Penske-maintained trucks

Qualifications:- Valid Class A CDL required. Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
- Currently hold, or have the ability to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card required.
- 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 5 years.
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
- Required English language proficiency to comply with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
- Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (including past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
- Position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety‑sensitive by the company, requiring constant alertness and safe operation.
- Associates must have the ability to accept responsibility for their own safety, as well as the safety of others.
- The physical and mental demands described are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
- The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- The associate must be able to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms. Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and occasionally up to 100 lbs (45 kg).
- The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and rear cargo area.
