Job Overview

Immediate Opportunities:
Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers.

• Average annual compensation: $120,000.
• Additional scanning and safety incentives available, up to $6,200.

• Travel regionally to work at various locations as needed.
• Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered.

• Dispatch times will vary depending on work assignment.
• Drivers will travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicant must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence.
• Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-exempt interstate DOT medical card.
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years of documented experience in the last 5 years.
• 3-year DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents.
• English language proficiency (required by federal law 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2)).
• Ability to complete Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.
• Ability to work a required schedule and specific location.
• Responsibility for personal and others’ safety; ability to maintain constant state of alertness.

• Must be able to see, hear, and possess required vision abilities (close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, focus).
• Required to move frequently, stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, reach with arms; lift/move up to 50lbs, occasionally up to 100lbs.
• Must legally operate a motor vehicle and safely enter/exit vehicle and rear cargo area.
