Class A CDL Driver/Forklift Operator – 2nd and 3rd Shift
Weather Tech Direct is seeking a well-qualified Class A CDL Driver/Forklift Operator to safely operate tractor‑trailers and forklifts to transport raw material and finished goods between local company‑owned facilities in the Bolingbrook, IL area. Hourly rate starts at $30 per hour with a $1 per hour shift premium for 2nd shift and a $1.50 per hour shift premium for 3rd shift.
OT is available after 40 hours. Our drivers are home daily and it is only local driving.

As a Class A CDL Driver/Forklift Operator- Safely operate a vehicle by following company protocols and obeying state/local traffic laws at all times.
- Ensure vehicle is in proper working condition and meets all DOT regulations by performing pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections.
- Report any mechanical or maintenance problems to shift leads or supervisors.
- Use forklifts to transport various material within the manufacturing and warehouse facilities and to load and unload various inbound and outbound freight from the company truck.
- Utilize RF scanner and computer systems to ensure accurate delivery of goods.
- Print and post BOLs.
- Perform all job functions in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies/procedures.
- Operate in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Keep work area in a clean and orderly condition; clean and maintain equipment.
- Communicate clearly and work as part of a team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- 3 years of steady experience related to the role as outlined above, including driving experience.
- Valid Class A CDL Driver’s License, required DOT certification, and a clean driving record.
- Registered in the FMCSA Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse database.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations.
- Great attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well with and motivate a team.
- Willing to work weekends and overtime, as business demands.
- Fluent in English.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
