HIRING IMMEDIATELY: SHIPPING COORDINATOR IN BOLINGBROOK, IL

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for coordinating daily carrier pickups, generating and reviewing shipping documents, and verifying shipment contents. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar shipping/coordination role, proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and more listed below.

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday – Friday 8am-4:20pm
• Located in Bolingbrook, Illinois

• Coordinate daily carrier pickups and prepare all necessary courier documentation to ensure on-time shipments
• Generate and review shipping documents including bills of lading (BOL), packing lists, shipping invoices, and customs forms
• Verify shipment contents against tally sheets, pre-load checklists, and manifests to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Partner with the inventory management team to investigate and resolve discrepancies, ensuring proper stock levels and shipment readiness
• Communicate effectively with customers and carriers regarding shipment tracking, delivery status, and general order inquiries
• Ensure all international shipments comply with customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Monitor shipping schedules and proactively address issues that may impact delivery timelines

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar shipping/coordination role

  Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)

• Problem-Solving:
  Ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, including extended periods of standing and movement
