Location: Bolingbrook, IL
Department: Shipping/Receiving
Reports To: Materials Supervisor

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our operations team. In this role, you'll play a key part in keeping our products moving efficiently-ensuring orders are accurate, shipments are on time, and our warehouse runs smoothly. • Prepare, package, and ship customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Receive incoming materials and verify shipments against purchase orders
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers to ensure on‑time shipments
• Complete shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training/certification provided if needed)
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment
• Communicate with internal teams to resolve shipping or order‑related issues

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or ERP systems preferred)
• Good communication and problem‑solving abilities
• Previous warehouse or shipping experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment (varied temperatures, noise levels)
