Position Description
Warehouse Associate – Full time – Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Compensation & Schedule- Hourly Pay: $19.00 per hour
- Shift Premium: $1.00 per hour for Mid shift or 2nd shift
- Schedule:
Monday – Friday - Shift times
- First shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
- Mid shift: 11:00 am – 7:30 pm
- Second shift: 2:30 pm – 11:00 pm
- Package, kit, and assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers, ensuring accurate scanning and procedure compliance.
- Assist in training dock employees on new procedures and maintain a secure facility at shift end.
- Perform picking, packing, and material moves in accordance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain housekeeping duties and uphold safety standards.
- Participate in workgroup activities and warehouse operation improvement initiatives.
- Execute additional duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience (preferred 1 year or more).
- Power‑industrial truck operation and maintenance, including powered industrial truck certification (required).
- Experience with manual or automated equipment (e.g., packaging line) – intermediate preferred.
- Ability to read, understand, and perform basic mathematics in English for safety and operational instructions.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
- Proficiency in inputting data into warehouse management system(s).
- Willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment.
- Self‑motivated, flexible, and eager to excel.
