Who We Are Looking For:
pewag Inc. is looking for experienced warehouse workers to participate in our warehouse operations. Warehouse worker responsibilities include using a forklift, loading and unloading trucks, storing materials, picking, packing, receiving, shipping, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete orders for delivery/pickup according to schedule (load/pack/wrap/label/ship)
- Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
- Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Use tools and machines to cut chains.
- Use a forklift to load/unload trucks and put away inventory.
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Experience with shipping orders via UPS/World Ship and/or Fed Ex Manager
- Experience with loading/unloading trucks
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases and systems
- Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
