Position Description
Warehouse Team Lead – Bolingbrook, Illinois.
Pay: $23.00 per hour.
Schedule:
First Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm.

- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- One year or more experience operating powered industrial trucks.
- One year or more experience as a team lead.
- One year or more experience with Microsoft Office.
- One year or more warehouse experience.
- Knowledge or experience with an RF scanner (advanced required).
- Valid forklift operator’s license.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Flexibility to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Proactive approach to responsibilities.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Experience with health and safety methods.
- Bilingual (for Québec locations only).
- Lead and ensure continuous improvement efforts for optimal efficiency of operations.
- Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
- Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for team members to ensure optimal shift/team operational logistics.
- Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs using appropriate leadership styles and methods.
- Assist in providing appropriate orientation for employees and give them the necessary information, technology and tools to perform their jobs.
- Promote health and safety working methods within the warehouse.
- Handle day‑to‑day paperwork in a warehouse environment (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
- Complete and submit daily reports and propose action plans to enhance operational effectiveness and service levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Some positions require additional screening that may include employment and education verification; motor vehicle records check and a road test; and/or badging or background requirements of the customer to which you are assigned.
