We are hiring a warehouse supervisor to oversee unloading operations in a fast‑paced food distribution environment. If you can lead a team and communicate effectively - we want you on our team.

• Supervise unloading (lumping) crew and inbound operations
• Coordinate daily schedules and inbound loads
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and organization standards
• Communicate with carriers, customers, and team members
• Verify load accuracy, pallet staging, and documentation
• Enforce warehouse safety procedures (trailers, locks, chocks)
• Drive productivity and operational efficiency

• 2+ years of warehouse supervisor experience
• Experience operating:
  • Electric Rider Pallet Jack
  • Stand‑Up Forklift
  • Counterbalance Forklift
• Unloading/lumping experience preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Strong leadership and safety mindset
• Proven leader who can manage and motivate teams
• Experience in food‑service or distribution warehouses
• Reliable, organized, and detail‑oriented
