Warehouse Associate

Our client, a leading logistics and distribution company, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the distribution team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Rate:**  $22.86

** Shift:
** Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm

** What's the Job?*
* + Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure efficiency

+ Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and maintenance

+ Oversee inventory management, including monitoring levels and merchandise reconciliation

+ Ensure safety procedures are followed and equipment is used correctly

+ Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize productivity and correct performance issues

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience

+ Experience in a supervisory role

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

+ High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

+ Availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
