The Warehouse Operator is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations by ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, movement, and shipment of products. This role is essential in maintaining inventory accuracy, fulfilling customer orders efficiently, operating material handling equipment safely, and promoting a clean, organized, and safety‑focused work environment.

- Receive, unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners
- Perform inventory counts, monitor stock levels, and report inventory discrepancies
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other material handling equipment
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse while following company policies and safety regulations
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, or logistics operations is an advantage
- Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners preferred
- Ability to safely operate or obtain certification to operate material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment
- Ability to lift and move materials while adhering to safety requirements
