1st Shift Picker

VISTAR is seeking a reliable 1st Shift Picker to join our wholesale distribution team. In this fast-paced warehouse role, you will accurately pick, pack, and stage food and beverage orders for vending, retail, theater, and hospitality customers. Using RF scanners and pick sheets, you'll ensure correct items, quantities, and labeling while meeting productivity and quality standards. You'll safely operate warehouse equipment, follow all safety and cleanliness guidelines, and work closely with teammates in a collaborative environment that supports growth and skill development.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders using RF scanners or pick sheets
• Verify item numbers, quantities, and product conditions before staging for shipment
• Operate pallet jacks or other basic warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and adhere to all safety procedures
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy goals
• Assist with restocking, inventory counts, and organization of picking areas
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve order issues
• Follow company policies for food safety and product handling
