This is a full-time, on-site position for a Psychology Faculty member located in Bolivar, MO. The role involves teaching undergraduate courses, developing and updating curriculum, conducting scholarly research, and mentoring students in their academic and professional growth. The faculty member will also contribute to departmental activities, collaborate with colleagues, and participate in the development of the university’s faith-based mission.

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Psychology, with the ability to effectively teach related subjects.
• Skills in Curriculum Development, including designing, implementing, and assessing impactful courses.
• Experience in University Teaching, with a commitment to student engagement and academic excellence.
• Proficiency in conducting and publishing scholarly Research to contribute to the field of psychology.
• Commitment to supporting a Christ-centered educational environment and student mentorship.
• Doctorate or terminal degree in Psychology or a closely related field is highly preferred.
• Previous teaching experience at the university level is an advantage.
