Senior Industrial Controller

Position: SENIOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER
Our client, a multinational company operating in the industrial manufacturing sector, is currently looking for a:

SENIOR INDUSTRIAL CONTROLLER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial Planning & Analysis

Manage and support the fast monthly closing process (3 days), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Perform variance analysis versus Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year.

Coordinate and drive the rolling forecast process (7 days), covering volumes, pricing, mix, variable and fixed costs.

Support the annual budget and mid-term planning process in line with Group guidelines.

Management Accounting Implementation (Key Priority)

Design and implement a full industrial management accounting system from scratch.

Define cost centers, cost structures, and allocation logic for indirect costs.

Identify and implement appropriate industrial cost drivers (labor hours, machine hours, volumes, etc.).

Industrial Controlling

Coordinate and supervise the Production Controller, who reports directly to the FP&A function.

Reporting & Business Partnering

Prepare monthly reporting packages for local management and Group Finance.

REQUIREMENTS
Professional Experience

5–8 years of experience in FP&A and/or Industrial Controlling roles.

Proven experience in international manufacturing environments or audit firms.

Strong understanding of industrial P&L, cost accounting, and margin analysis.

Experience with ERP systems.

Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI and reporting tools.

Experience with fast close and rolling forecast processes.
