RESPONSIBILITIES Act as a daily point of contact for colleagues across the competence line, Business and IT teams, and external clients; understand stakeholder needs, collect and formalize functional requirements, and ensure clear communication across all parties involved.
Manage operational activities related to data provisioning and analytical data services such as financial analytics, risk metrics, and product data.
Support coordination activities including prioritization of client tickets, monitoring progress, and facilitating communication flow among multiple teams.
Supervise client requests and monitor tasks assigned to various internal teams; verify the correct functioning of procedures supporting ongoing data processing services.
Monitor operational workflows, conduct data quality checks, and support anomaly/ticket handling.
Contribute to operational reporting and documentation such as KPIs, audit logs, and activity tracking.
Collaborate with Data & Analytics and WAM teams to enhance processes and operational procedures.
Participate in initiatives aimed at optimizing service efficiency and delivery; maintain documentation and keep operational manuals up to date.
MAIN REQUIREMENTS Financial Instruments Knowledge: support the analysis and interpretation of financial data related to instruments included in the service scope (bonds, funds, portfolios, benchmarks, and other investable universe elements); understand key financial and non‑financial metrics underlying data services for WAM clients.
Technical Literacy (non‑development): basic understanding of information systems and tools used for workflow and process monitoring; ability to understand technical and data‑related workflows without performing software development tasks.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS Basic knowledge of SQL for simple verification queries.
Good command of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Previous experience in client‑facing roles, operations, PMO, customer support, or consulting.
Fluency in English is required.
EDUCATION Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
Economics and Finance, Mathematical Finance, Statistics, or Management Engineering.
SOFT SKILLS Strong communication, interpersonal, and mediation skills when dealing with diverse stakeholders (business, IT, operations, clients).
Customer‑oriented mindset and ability to manage expectations effectively.
Proactive problem‑solving approach and ability to handle issues independently.
Team‑oriented attitude, with strong organizational skills and the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary environments.
Demonstrated interest in financial markets and the Wealth & Asset Management industry.
