Salary:  Starting annual base salary of €35,000 gross.
Responsibilities   Support the company’s cost control strategy in alignment with overall corporate objectives.
Manage and/or support the annual budgeting process and multi-year financial planning related to operating and manufacturing costs.
Oversee the monthly financial close process, including the preparation of SOX documentation.
Lead monthly cost analysis activities and maintain strong relationships with key business partners.
Proactively identify, assess, and recommend value-added opportunities to business partners.
Provide in-depth analysis of variances versus Budget and Prior Year.
Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management.
Perform ad hoc financial analyses for internal stakeholders and develop business cases across multiple business areas.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
Support internal and external audit activities.
Maintain a robust internal control framework within the cost controlling function.
Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Management Engineering or related disciplines.
At least 2 years of experience in Controlling / Cost Controlling roles, preferably within structured or multinational environments.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables.
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI considered a plus.
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken.
Strong numerical mindset with a solid analytical orientation.
High level of accuracy, reliability and attention to detail.
Familiarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to manage assigned activities independently.
Ability to work towards objectives and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset.
