Cost Controller @YOOX

Overview Experteer Overview As a Cost Controller at Lux Experience, you will help steer cost governance in a global luxury group. You will support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to enable efficient manufacturing and operating spend. You will interact with cross-functional partners to drive value and ensure robust internal controls.

Manage or support annual budgeting and multi-year financial planning for operating and manufacturing costs

Oversee monthly financial close and prepare SOX documentation

Lead monthly cost analysis and maintain strong stakeholder relationships

Identify value-added opportunities and present recommendations

Analyze variances versus Budget and Prior Year in depth

Deliver timely and accurate financial reporting to senior management

Conduct ad hoc analyses and develop business cases across business areas

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal policies

Support internal and external audits and maintain internal controls

Qualifications

Bachelor in Economics (or related disciplines) with at least 2 years in Controlling / Cost Controlling Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables)
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision and Power BI is a plus Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken

Numerical mindset with solid analytical orientation

High accuracy, reliability, and attention to detail

Familiarity with structured processes and internal control frameworks

Good collaboration and communication with internal stakeholders

Team-oriented with the ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines

Proactive mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
