We are looking for a Skilled Tradesperson with a background in heating and/or plumbing to join the estates team and work within our mechanical team in the estates workshop. The workshop provides maintenance services to Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and external clients. The post-holder will be required to work on the on‑call rota with additional payments on top of the stated salary and to support the building and electrical workshops as required and within his/her capabilities.

Candidates should demonstrate strong team‑working skills, good experience of working in a maintenance role and be comfortable working to targets and independently.

• Maintain and repair mechanical systems within the estate workshop.
• Support building and electrical workshops as required.
• Work on the on‑call rota and receive additional pay.
• Meet maintenance targets and work independently.

• Nest Pension with up to 8% employer contributions.
• Up to 33 days annual leave per year (plus bank holidays).

Relevant experience in heating and/or plumbing, and a background in maintenance.
