In this role, you'll be the primary advocate for customers, collaborating closely with internal teams to manage account escalations and coordinate service delivery. Your contributions will include preparing financial analyses and preparing contract renewals, essential for driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advocate for customer needs and service enhancements
• Conduct thorough account analyses and manage escalations
• Prepare and review financial documents and contracts
• Audit billing and payment processes effectively
• Develop relationships with channel partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 2-3 years in customer service or technical support
• Familiarity with Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Commitment to onsite work five days a week
