As a strategic partner in this position, you will collaborate with the Leadership Team to enhance growth and efficiency within Husky’s Customer Success Management sector. Key responsibilities include developing a capable Finance Team through mentoring and creating robust financial processes to support CSM. Your leadership will directly impact financial reporting and decision-making processes for aftermarket service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive strategic business decisions with critical data insights

• Develop and mentor Finance Team for analytical leadership

• Implement best-order fulfillment processes for CSM

• Support Customer Service with consistent financial insights

• Create timely financial reports and accurate budgets

Requirements:

• Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA, CPA, CGA)

• University degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting

• 7-8 years of accounting experience

• Strong GAAP and IFRS knowledge

• Proven leadership in cross-functional projects
