Sustainability Stewardship Analyst in Bolton

This full-time, permanent role reports to the Manager of Stewardship Financial Analysis. You will perform operational and geospatial reporting related to sustainability and recycling, contributing to the regulatory Ontario Annual Stewardship Report. You'll actively engage with data collection and analysis to drive stewardship initiatives and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage monthly commodity tracking and compliance analysis
• Report bi-weekly returns data to the ON Ministry of Finance
• Oversee invoicing and receivables for timely payments
• Analyze return rate trends and provide actionable insights
• Support financial month-end reporting and accrual processes
Requirements:
• Degree in Business, Commerce, or Finance
• Minimum 3 years in financial analysis or data management
• Experience with GIS mapping software preferred
• Superior Excel skills for data modeling and analysis
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
