Position: Financial Manager FP&A at Husky Technologies

In this critical role, you will act as the finance lead, partnering with the General Manager to enhance performance across the Product Line. You will focus on financial forecasting, budgeting, and detailed analysis while driving accountability for the P&L. Collaboration with senior leadership is key to ensure alignment with financial targets and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead financial planning and budgeting for the Product Line

• Analyze vs. Forecast, Budget, and Prior Year metrics

• Conduct Price/Volume/Mix analysis with storytelling

• Develop robust financial models and scenarios

• Identify and mitigate risks proactively

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's in Finance or Business

• 5–8+ years of FP&A or finance experience

• CPA/CMA designation preferred

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills

• ERP experience, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics
