The Finance Director serves as a strategic business partner to the Leadership Team, supporting Husky’s Global Service Business and Customer Success Management strategy. The role leads financial planning, forecasting, performance analysis, governance, and decision‑support to drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, and strengthen financial visibility across service revenue streams.

Financial Planning & Forecasting
  • Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long‑range planning processes for the service business.
  • Develop robust revenue, margin, cost, and headcount forecasts based on operational and commercial drivers.
  • Translate business strategies into financial plans with clear assumptions, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for service growth, pricing, labor utilization, and investment decisions.
Performance Management & Analysis
  • Deliver timely and accurate monthly financial reporting and variance analysis for service revenue, gross margin, SG&A, and operating income.
  • Analyze business performance by region, product line, customer segment, channel, and service offering.
  • Monitor and explain key drivers of performance, including labor utilization, absorption, contract profitability, attach rates, response times, and service productivity.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve growth, profitability, and working capital performance.
Business Partnering
  • Serve as the senior finance partner to service leadership, operations, commercial teams, and Customer Success leaders, providing insight and challenge on strategic priorities, business performance, and investment decisions.
  • Lead financial evaluation of pricing strategies, contract renewals, service program design, and capital or operating investments to support sustainable growth and margin expansion.
  • Provide proactive challenge and decision support to business leaders by identifying risks, opportunities, and trade‑offs across growth, productivity, service delivery, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross‑functional evaluation of new service offerings, business models, and transformation initiatives that improve service coverage, utilization, fulfillment, cost efficiency, and customer value.
  • Sponsor finance and business transformation initiatives across Finance and Customer Success Management, including enhancements to processes, reporting, operating metrics, and decision frameworks that support growth, profitability, and scalability.
Management Reporting & KPI Development
  • Develop and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and KPIs that improve transparency and decision‑making.
  • Standardize definitions and reporting for critical service metrics across the organization.
  • Improve reporting automation and self‑service analytics capabilities where possible.
  • Present clear financial results and business insights to senior leadership.
Process Improvement & Governance
  • Strengthen forecasting accuracy, reporting discipline, and financial controls within the service business.
  • Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes, planning models, and reporting frameworks.
  • Ensure alignment with corporate finance requirements, accounting policies, and internal controls.
  • Support month‑end close and planning processes in partnership with accounting and finance teams.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
  • CPA, CMA, CFA, or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, finance business partnering, commercial finance, or operational finance, including leadership responsibility.
  • Experience in a service, aftermarket, field service, maintenance, or contract‑based business strongly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and business analysis skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and planning/reporting systems.
  • Executive presence with strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence senior leaders across functions and regions.
