This role seeks an experienced Financial Manager who can navigate financial operations in a manufacturing or service-oriented environment. You will be involved in monthly forecasting, budget preparations, and providing comprehensive financial insights. A strong background in BaaN, along with a CPA or similar accounting designation, will be essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely completion of monthly forecasts and analyses

• Prepare P&L reports and provide financial support to leadership

• Collaborate with Human Resources on payroll accuracy

• Investigate significant cost changes in monthly reports

• Prepare business review presentation materials

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years in financial analysis or management

• Accounting designation: CPA, CA, CMA, CGA

• Experience with BaaN is highly recommended

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Able to work independently and drive change
