Position: Dynamic General Manager Needed for Hotel

We're looking for a dynamic Hotel General Manager to drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction. This role demands hands-on leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

In this Hotel General Manager position, you'll oversee all facets of hotel operations, ensuring that guest service and financial goals are met. A proven track record in hotel management along with excellent interpersonal skills will be crucial in enhancing our hotel's reputation and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct operations including housekeeping and guest services

• Achieve exceptional guest satisfaction on a daily basis

• Create and implement effective business strategies

• Monitor budgets and financial reporting closely

• Train and mentor hotel staff to improve service quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred

• At least 3 years as a General Manager, ideally with Hilton

• Strong operational and financial knowledge

• Proven leadership and communication abilities

• Familiarity with hotel management systems
