As Return Pro's General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of a busy reverse logistics 3PL facility. This includes managing safety standards, profitability, quality metrics, and building client partnerships to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily operations in alignment with client SLAs

• Set and manage KPIs for service and efficiency

• Monitor financials and ensure efficient P&L management

• Cultivate client relationships for strategic growth

• Implement lean practices to enhance operations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or management

• More than 8 years experience in logistics

• Proven record of P&L ownership

• Certification in Six Sigma or lean preferred

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
