Position: Leasing Manager (Bolton Honda)
Location: BoltonHere’s what you’ll deliver:
Advising customers of lease options.Answering customer leasing inquiries over the phone and/or in the dealership on a daily basis.Completing paperwork for payouts and financing for customer buyouts.Establish and maintain good working relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business.Maintain contact with customers on a timely basis and in a professional manner.Account for all documents; ensure that none are missing.Establishes and enforces product-knowledge standards.Setting appointments and reselling all of our leases that are coming to an end.Actively supporting, encouraging, and motivating sales personnel daily to maintain high morale.Exhibiting a professional management style that sets the example for enthusiasm, productivity, and accountability.Understand and comply with all federal, provincial and local regulations that affect service operations, such as the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA), waste disposal regulations, etc.Work in strict compliance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario and Canada including, but not limited to, the Employment Standards Act (ESA) and the Accessibilities for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA).Work in strict compliance with the requirements and regulations of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).Represent The Employer in a favorable light to all accounts, press and industry representatives at all times.Assist with our Service Drive Through program, advising clients of their optionsOther duties as required.What you need to succeed:Highschool Diploma or GEDLooking for between 1-3 years dealership experience in leasing and or sales.Kia or Hyundai sales experience is an assetOMVIC Certification is requiredMay be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.Dealer CRM system experience required.Experience in the retail automotive environment.Flexibility to adapt to constantly changing business.High motivation, energy and ability to perform with minimal supervision.Ability to think quickly and multitask.Comfort with computers and external communication.Willingness to create and work within a fun atmosphere.Comfort with a highly variable, performance-oriented pay plan.What’s in it for you?Excellent management support and guidanceOpportunities through our Internal career mobility programAccess to health, dental and vision insuranceDisability, critical illness and life insurance for the unexpectedOur Employee Assistance Plan (EAP) for you and your family's wellnessDiscount on vehicles, service and parts for you and your familyDiscounts to retailers and service providers across the countryFree and engaging employee eventsDid we mention we love giving back to our communities?!Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Compensation (expected annual earnings): $80,000 - $120,000 per year. This is a 100% commission role with no base salary. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.
Minimum earnings:
In accordance with the Employment Standards Act, commission-paid employees will be paid at least the applicable Ontario minimum wage for all hours worked. Any minimum-wage top-up paid may be reconciled quarterly in accordance with the compensation plan.
