Your Responsibilities- You’ll prospect and generate net new business opportunities across North America through high-volume outbound calls and emails
- In this role, you’ll manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through closing and onboarding
- You’ll build and maintain a healthy pipeline while consistently working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- You’ll consult with prospective customers to understand transportation and logistics needs and position tailored solutions
- You’ll develop long‑term relationships with decision‑makers across logistics and supply chain teams
- You’ll leverage CRM tools, reporting dashboards, and sales metrics to manage activity and performance effectively
- You’ll collaborate closely with operations and sales leadership to support customer success and business growth
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or business development sales environments
- Proven success generating net new business through cold calling, prospecting, and outbound sales activity
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and resilient mindset with a passion for hunting new business
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven environment with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable working fully on‑site in a collaborative sales office environment
- Post‑secondary education is considered an asset
