Job Summary
This mid-level business development position develops and manages a portfolio of B2B and B2C customers within a defined territory. It focuses on prospecting and acquiring new business, while retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. The Account Executive acts as a consultative partner, assessing customer needs, building tailored solutions, and negotiating agreements to drive UPS revenue growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and positioning UPS as a strategic logistics partner.
- Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations to deliver tailored solutions.
- Manage and expand an assigned book of business through retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
- Negotiate and prepare comprehensive logistics solutions that align with customer objectives.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position UPS’s value.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.
Compensation Range: $63,012 - $65,940 annually + SIP (Sales Incentive Program).

- Plus 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry.
- Intermediate computer skills:
Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office). - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation skills.
- Excellent prospecting skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle.
- Willing to travel within own territory;
Class G license. - Availability to work flexible hours and provide own vehicle for business.
- Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferred).

Work DetailsJob Type: Full-Time / Permanent. Workdays:
Monday to Friday.
Work Hours:
8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (flexible schedule with longer hours when required).
Work Location:
Flexible – on-site at Caledon center one day a week (12424 Dixie Rd., Caledon, ON L7C 2L6), and on road the remainder of the week.
