You will manage customer accounts, process essential documents, and ensure proper training on equipment usage and safety. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new rental and sales accounts via telemarketing
• Process invoices and reservations adhering to company policies
• Train customers in safe equipment operation
• Monitor daily equipment logistics and returns
• Maintain accurate records of branch assets and contracts
Requirements:
• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience recommended
• Proven sales and customer service orientation
• Strong skills in MS Office tools
• Excellent communication—both written and verbal
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving history
