Lead sales initiatives for PERI Formwork Systems in Bolton, ON, as a Sales Performance Manager. Drive sales productivity while optimizing performance management and tools across North America.

In this strategic leadership role, you will enhance sales effectiveness by orchestrating performance metrics and managing the sales team’s targets and tools. Your expertise will help shape the sales strategy while evaluating performance outcomes against set goals. Collaborating closely with marketing, you will ensure alignment that fosters growth and innovation in sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the operational cadence of the sales performance cycle

• Set individual targets based on regional sales goals

• Manage CRM, BI tools, and data analytics for insights

• Conduct assessments for continuous performance improvement

• Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in sales

• 2 years in a sales analytics capacity

• Advanced knowledge of the construction sales landscape

• Proficient in CRM technologies and Microsoft Office

• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
