Automation Sales & Operations Lead

Location: Bolton

Lead automation sales efforts at Roma Fence Ltd as an Automation Sales and Operations Manager. This role entails selling automated systems to a wide range of clients, focusing on growth and operational efficiency.

Your experience in automation sales will be pivotal in attracting new clients and addressing existing ones. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, conducting site visits, and managing vendor relationships. Collaboration with the sales team is crucial for achieving targets and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for gate operators and access control solutions

• Perform site visits and assess customer needs

• Provide quotes and manage customer inquiries

• Attend industry events and maintain product knowledge

• Schedule installations and oversee project collections

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of outside sales or operations experience

• Must have relevant automation expertise

• Mechanical engineering background is a plus

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Valid Ontario Driver’s License is mandatory
