Location: bolton
Lead sales initiatives as Sales Effectiveness Manager at PERI, focusing on data-driven strategies for North America. This position emphasizes collaboration and effective performance management.
In this role, you will enhance the performance of the sales organization by driving effective strategies and managing crucial sales tools. Your expertise in sales analysis and construction project life cycles will allow you to align sales efforts with overarching company goals. A blend of analytical acumen and people skills will facilitate productive collaborations across functions and ensure that accountability measures are in place.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead sales management cadence and performance reviews
• Define targets cascading from regional revenue goals
• Oversee CRM, analytics, and sales tool adoption
• Conduct assessments to optimize future opportunities
• Continuously monitor industry trends to inform strategies
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in construction preferred
• Strong foundation in finance, data analytics or marketing
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Effective interpersonal and relationship management abilities
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
