Support the architectural sales team at STONEarch and Porcea Stone as a Retail Sales Support professional. This role focuses on project coordination and communication across Ontario’s architecture sector.
We are looking for a proactive individual to assist in managing commercial projects, preparing quotations, and following up with clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining project documentation, engaging with architects, and ensuring all project timelines are met effectively. This position requires you to work collaboratively with various internal teams to drive business development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and send project quotations and follow-ups
• Review architectural drawings and provide summaries
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and presentations
• Maintain organized CRM records and project status
• Support ongoing business development initiatives
Requirements:
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• High attention to detail and professionalism
• Experience in architecture or related fields preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
