Location: Bolton
Lead sales growth at Porcea Stone as Head of Sales with a focus on developing talent and closing deals. Engage with a team dedicated to premium natural stone projects across Ontario and beyond.
In this dynamic player-coach role, you will dedicate 70% of your time to managing a sales team and 30% to carrying your own book of business. You will conduct regular one-on-ones, maintain pipeline visibility, and ensure CRM practices are adhered to. You'll also actively support your team, coach on challenges, and oversee account management while nurturing your relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales representatives
• Maintain full visibility across sales pipelines
• Assign and manage accounts effectively
• Ensure CRM compliance and accuracy
• Actively close deals while managing your accounts
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience
• At least 2 years in team leadership or player-coach role
• Proven track record in managing teams and personal targets
• Strong instincts for people management and development
• Located within close proximity to Bolton, GTA
