• Communicate regularly with customers to gather information related to technical issues;
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical/air components used on cranes;
• Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs to ensure safe and proper working order of cranes ;
• Review technical inquiries of customers to recommend possible solutions related to the operation or maintenance;
• Answer service calls;
• Perform cold calling to attract new customers;
• Being proactive & proposing good technical solution to increase customer equipment durability;
• Reliability, productivity & safety;

• Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degree;
• Electrical Licence such as 442A, Journeyman Electrician or Red seal;
• Excellent mechanical and electrical skills;
• At least 3 years of related work experience;
• Welding experience, an asset;

• Ability to solve technical problems;
• Ability to communicate issue to customers;
• Comfortable working at heights and in all weather conditions;
• High degree of initiative and flexibility;
• Ability to work variable hours, overtime and/or "on call" as needed;
• Ability to work autonomously & within a team environment at all times;
