Talent Sphere Staffing Solutions is recruiting for an HVAC Power HD Mechanic to support clients in the GTA. You'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex power and HVAC systems, emphasizing electrical distribution and generator expertise. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed repairs of HVAC and power equipment

• Troubleshoot and conduct field repairs autonomously

• Execute service work on-site as required

• Provide mentorship to less experienced technicians

• Ensure maintenance of electronic work orders

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent experience

• At least five years of relevant work experience

• Preferred certifications include Heavy Duty Mechanic or Journeyman

• Expertise in generator systems and load sharing

• Must provide own tools and lift up to 45 lbs
