Position: Full-Time Insulator Required

The ideal candidate will have a secondary school graduation certificate and 1-2 years of relevant experience. You will play a critical role in reading specifications, using tools to shape insulation materials accurately, and fitting them around structural elements. Additional responsibilities include managing staff and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret construction blueprints

• Cut and install insulation materials efficiently

• Apply waterproofing materials to installations

• Supervise other insulation workers

• Estimate project costs and required materials

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school certificate

• Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle

• WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety Certificates

• At least 1-year experience in insulation

• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks
