STRIVE is working with a respected company seeking a Heavy Duty Mechanic for their team. You will play a crucial role, diagnosing and repairing equipment from earth-moving machines to aerial lifts. Candidates should have a minimum of five years’ experience and a strong mechanical aptitude, as much of the work is conducted in the field responding to service requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and perform routine maintenance on heavy equipment

• Execute troubleshooting and repairs on-site and in the field

• Carry out preventative maintenance tasks

• Verify equipment functionality after repairs

• Maintain accurate service records and documentation

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience with heavy machinery repairs

• Expertise in mechanical components, diesel engines and hydraulics

• Clean Class G driver’s license required

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
