Industrial Mechanic Millwright Night Shift

Location: bolton

Adecco is searching for a dedicated Industrial Mechanic Millwright (433A) for a full-time night shift role in Bolton, Ontario. Bring your expertise in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to our dynamic distribution environment.
In this key position, you will enhance the maintenance team's effectiveness by performing repairs and supporting operational continuity. You will take a hands-on approach to mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and mentor apprentices as part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on distribution center equipment

• Troubleshoot various systems ensuring minimal downtime

• Maintain accurate CMMS records for maintenance activities

• Identify opportunities for equipment enhancement

• Train junior team members and apprentices
Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Industrial Mechanic Millwright License (Ontario 433A)

• Strong experience in troubleshooting and repairs

• Machine shop and rigging experience preferred

• Familiarity with Maximo CMMS and AutoCAD

• Strong commitment to safety and quality
