Service Technician III – Power HVAC

Become a Service Technician III at United Rentals, specializing in Power HVAC systems. Engage in hands-on maintenance and repair, providing stellar service in a safety-sensitive environment.

In this dynamic role, you will work with various equipment, focusing on non-stop reliability and excellent customer interactions. Expect responsibilities such as maintaining diesel engines and HVAC units, performing diagnostic tasks, and occasionally visiting customer sites for repairs.

Your role will be vital in supporting operational excellence within our Power/HVAC division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair HVAC and diesel engines

• Report machine conditions to management regularly

• Demonstrate equipment features to customers

• Document service and maintain records

• Train junior technicians to enhance team capabilities

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• 3-5 years experience in diesel or HVAC repair

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills

• Excellent teamwork and customer service abilities

• Ability to lift items weighing up to 45 lbs
